Whatever image you get, make SURE it includes HHT-Win support. Many do not. The link you posted above does not appear to have HHT-Win.

Without HHT-Win the system will not communicate with the 1992-95 models with M119.

I don't have info on downloading a software image, sorry... also search for "SDS". I assume you know that hardware is also required, you need C3 / C4 MUX (multiplexer) and cables... and there are bad cables out there which will prevent communication with some modules, as Jlaa learned recently.
