Steering wheel moves

I got this wired problem, if I hit a small bump or give the car full gas and the let go, then it’s feels like the car lose the grip in the Steering wheel for a millisecond. I noticed that the Steering wheel was moved a bit (left) - no longer exactly 12 o’clock steering on straight flat roads.

I recently had the car aligned = exactly 12 o’clock steering, but now the Steering wheel moved again (now left). Can it be the steering box or something else?

Check all the steering linkages for play... tie rod ends, drag link, idler arm bushings, steering shock.

Was the alignment performed at the dealer, or elsewhere? Remember that roads are not flat, they are crowned, and it's not unusual to have the wheel slightly turned left when driving on the right side of a crowned road.
