Hello all. I getting to the final stages of installing my replacement transmission from sun valley.
Everything is accounted for except the point of origin of the black green vacuum line from the right
side of the transmission. I can not locate where it goes and attaches.

Any help or images would be much appreciated
Thanks

Many Thanks.
I guess I need to be more specific.
The green and black vacuum line from the right of the transmission is
attached to where under the hood?
The line on the left side goes to the back of the engine/ manifold.
I have a diagram that it hooks up to the upshift delay switchover valve.
Where is that located?

Thanks

Thanks but it appears that the image on the link differs from my 94 E500. Still can not determine where the black/green vacuum line
originates from on the engine side.

would like to post images of the set up I have around the brake booster and vacuum lines, but can not
figure out how to upload images

The yellow is a check valve - one directional.

Which one specifically? This?

Is that the switchover valve? The one you have your index finger on?
I do not have anything attached to it.
The vacuum line is color coded black/green.

Yes, that is the switchover valve. Should be vacuum source input and the black/green tube output, to the transmission.

Many thanks. The mighty E500 is on the road again.

This transmission unit is better right from the start. I questioned whether my choice of fluid was the issue, but I tend to think I had a bad unit to start with.

Again thanks to all the advice I received on this forum

The original SV rebuild must have been bad. It never felt smooth and flared on shifts right from the start. Marc was great and sent me a replacement.
I did opt not to use the ATF134 that I used the first time around.

The swap of transmission units only took a fraction of the time that the original one did. Thanks for all the help on this forum.
