Trunk lid bump stop?

So I know about the square trunk lid bump stop on the lid itself and the other ones just inside the tail lights on the inside of the trunk opening like these:






I the EPC I saw these, PN 2019870440



Different diagrams show it floating out in space:





Where on the trunk lid where this go?

I've never seen the round threaded piece (2019870440) on a W124 sedan trunk lid. They are on the W210 sedan trunk lid though.

I concur - not a 124 part.
