Trunk lid plastic trim parts?

Hi,

I'm looking for lower trunk lid plastic trim part and I'm struggling with the part numbers..

A1247500035 (available) this should be one PN for the trim part but according to EPC it will not fit to my car. But when searching by VIN it gives following numbers A1247500293 & A1247500493 (both NLA). Seems that 0035 ending has also been used in 500E500 models but not mine.

So my question is what is the difference with those part numbers?

Those part numbers are not plastic trim, they are for the chrome rear "handle" on facelift Euro models. The #00 which is still available is for USA/Japan models. Not sure of the difference between #02 and #04, there's a production date code break in the EPC.

What plastic trim are you looking for?

I'm looking for that trim part which is in lower line of trunk. (red arrow)



TBH I'dont even know will it belong to my car or not. My car's trunk has been converted to facelift USA/JPN model and purchased pre-facelift trunk lid where the previous owner mentioned that there should be some plastic trim line but it wasn't included.

Or is there some differences between MoPf 1 and MoPF 2 in trunk trim parts or trunk lid's?

MOPF1 and MOPF2 trunk lids have completely different trim pieces.

The lower plastic trim piece on MOPF1 would be A1246902762. This is not used on MOPF2 boot lids. The EPC stupidly has this trim piece in a different group vs the rest of the rear lid parts:

Apologizes, I meant MoPf 0 and Mopf1 (non E-class model versions)

I discussed with my friends and they mentioned that both series 1 & 2 have same trunk lid and that trim piece. Trunk lids are almost identical, except series 1 does not have insulation inside trunk lid. Series 3 (E-class) have totally different trunk lid and upper trim piece and do not have that lower trim piece.

Correct! MOPF0 and 1 should share the same trim piece (excluding 1991-1993 USA models, which have a different insert).
