From what I can tell online, the Genuine Mercedes Silver Arrow front rotors are discontinued.OE / dealer Genuine Mercedes rotors are preferred. Do not remove the gray coating, it is both a corrosion preventive as well as a bed-in compound for the pads.
For pads, I like Porterfield R4-S but they are not cheap. If you want zero dust and don't mind possibly dealing with some occasional squealing, and don't need max performance, try a ceramic pad. OE / MB pads will work well, but may be a little dusty.

Genuine MB if possible. Second choice would be Zimmerman Coat Z. Third choice Ate if made in Germany.
Brembo aftermarket discs may have been ok many years ago, but myself and others have had bad experiences with Brembo in the past 5-10 years. I would not use them, period.
