Excellent and welcome! Follow the OWNER format and provide lots of pics and a summary for not only us, but a historical record for you and those who may be prospective owners of your car at some point in the future. Welcome again!

Welcome Mike! I worked at MB of Tampa ("Precision Motorcars" back then) from '82 through "99. Were you or any family or friends doing business there in those years? Had many great customers and friends...
I wish I could figure out how to edit my listing. It still shows my 1993 that I sold several years ago. I'd like to update it to show my Red 1994 and Black 1992.
I dunno, how accurate is your pin? My pin is about 3-4 miles from my actual location, so not that accurate. How do we disable this? I have no interest in my location being broadcast on a map.
Yes, I have disabled it while I am doing some programming on it.Has the map been temporarily disabled? Screen shot below.

Also, this is information that is already being gathered by many other sites as you travel around the Internet.
In fairness, I'll tell you what I'll do. I'll do some programming today and replace the Maps with an updated version. It will allow folks to opt in / opt out if they are concerned about privacy, and so that way you have control over it.
As I said though, anyone on the Internet pretty much can be triangulated in a general sense based on their IP address, WiFi network SSID (if picked up by Google Maps roving cars), or cell tower location (if using a mobile device).
I don't do any of that crap, either, except for LinkedIn. That said, you do know it is common and simple for any web site out there who wants to, to get your location through your IP address. Just as the maps function here did. It's exceedingly simple.I'm not going to say exactly how close it is. But I will say that due to my rural location, I can count how many properties it is away on one hand.
This is actually very cool, I see I have a member few blocks away from me, who knew ...I have re-implemented the "Member Maps" feature from the previous forum, which is an "opt-in" feature -- meaning that you have to go to the map and put your own pin on it wherever you want to.
Likely not, though I'm sure there more than a few members on the map who don't own E500Es......This is actually very cool, I see I have a member few blocks away from me, who knew ...
Any chance this will be implemented for C126 too (I understand that the map is for 500e owners only)?
That's TWO winters, mind you. That said, I actually just sent Glen aGerry, congrats on your move back to TX! One cold winter in MD and you were done, eh?
My "Location" is a random location within the zip code. Glad my swims in the buff did not get photographed this time![]()
Please remove the one in Qatar.
My two 500E’s are in Albania.
Thank you for your time.
Eno: I see three separate pins for you. One in Qatar and 2 in Albania. Which ones should I remove?
Rain: I see two pins for you. Which one should I remove and what changes would you like made?
If you could remove both, that’d be great. Now that I think I know how to enter in info properly, I want to redo the pin location. Thanks!
@Glen
Glen, sorry to bother you again, but I cannot see my blu pin in Tirana, Albania when I open/click the map for my two 500E’s.
I can only see my blue pin when I do a filtered search.
