...i assume it is only available with the rocker panel unit in its entirety... :evil: 
That appears to be a distinct part number, not an integral part of the plastic panel.
The part number would be 124 698 09 98 ("Seal, Paneling to Side Member, Bottom")
Cost for this part at parts.com would be $17.82 + shipping (discounted from an MB list price of USD $26) each.
