Hi all - I finally started the process of importing my e500 from the UK to the EU. I drove the car from Edinburgh to Århus so managed to get some good autobahn time. I was so surprised at the amount of attention the car received. I had two different people stop me in traffic near Bremen and Hamburg to chat to me about it.
My biggest challenge for this import is finding headlights. The prices for RHT e500 lenses are a little too crazy for me, and I wondered what people would recommend for an OEM quality non-E500 lights or lenses that would do the trick and allow the car to pass the test to drive on the left. I've had a look and there is a crazy amount of aftermarket brands, but would be good to avoid the shite
