Only the plastic cover on the high beam (inside half) is available separately for USA headlights... do you need that, or are you looking for the main/glass headlamp (outside half)?
The plastic cover for high beam and trim around headlight

124-820-53-12 - Left
124-820-54-12 - Right
MSRP $190 each, should be $140-ish each from Lionel. Very, very unlikely you will find good used ones for sale, as they are generally attached to good headlights. At this point you need to decide if you want to shell out $300 for new plastics, or spring for 500E Euro lights, which should be ~$800/pair...

After market ones would be out the question?
Aftermarket is not available for the 500E lights, either US or Euro.
You could put non-500E lights on, but then you get four fogs and two high beams, instead of the normal two fogs and four high beams. Generally not preferred to do this, plus it hurts resale value...
I have a pair of original lights but the lens cracked in delivery, if I bought lenses only after market would they not match? Color? Or be total garbage?
Photo above shows the plastic surround cracked... part numbers in post #4 would fix it.
But first, what the heck is going on with the headlight wiper? The shaft is supposed to come through the "half moon" hole at the bottom of that photo. Did someone install different/wrong headlight wipers? That is REALLY weird.

Those are standard 124 lights... not 500E. The main glass is correct, but the plastic surround is wrong (fog lens).
Thank you guys for the thoughtful help, gsxr your right and believe it or not I just left mb of brooklyn and have the part bought and on its way already, as for the wiper thing you mentioned its disassembled right now I'll put it back when the lens comes lol damn your eye is GOOD
