Air intake covers proper mounting parts?

I have plans to install new air intake covers. Previous owner has cut some holes existing parts and mounted them with weird screws. Plan is to use correct screws and all the necessary parts needed.

Can someone confirm or post pictures about the seals between air intake panels and covers? I don't have those on my car at the moment? Then some seal (position 122) is causing problems. According to parts vendor it is not available anymore. Where it should be mounted? Also same thing with the bracket? (pos 125)

What holes should be cut to new parts? Also my headlight wipers were deleted so I don't know where the washer fluid hose should be routed.

Pic(s) would be very helpful!

Thanks,

jnes

Maybe this helps a bit. Item 125 is the clip for fixing the IAT sensor (intake air temp sensor). In case you are missing that clip, look down in the cavity below the ignition coils. And no - you don't get your fingers down there, a stalk mirror and a long flexible pick'er is needed. Or you can access a small cover from the wheelhouse behing the inner fender, it's fixed with a couple of plastic rivets/clips. That cover is the bottom in the cavity when you look from above.

I was wondering what is the purpose of those holes which are located at bottom of the part? Are they for washer fluid hose? If yes is there any grommet for hose?

Which holes specifically...?

Thanks! Is there part number for this rubber fitting/grommet. Epc does not specify grommets/rubber fittings?

It is in the EPC, but not clear. P/N is A1299971881.

You can see explanations and information on all of those parts attached to the headlight plastic in my TOP-END REBUILD thread in the Project Journals sub-forum. I replaced or refurbished all of that stuff (including the rubber drains, which are avaialble). The flat rubber pieces that slide on to the bottom of the plastic headlight buckets are NLA, and must be cleaned and refurbished. There are as said drain hoses that go through the plastic headlight buckets.

Look here in the thread and you'll see a lot of info.

The adhesive foam sealing that goes around the back of the headlight buckets believe I got from MB and it is still available.
