hello ,
I have got ASR warning , with no limp mode the car drives normally, but I hear Humping with soft vibrations underneath the driver’s feet
, when turn off and restart the car it goes out for while and then comes back again. Lately the technician worked in instrument cluster

Check diagnostic/fault codes on pin #6 of the 38-pin connector. That will tell you why the ASR light is on.

Lately the technician worked in instrument cluster
You can also remove the cluster and verify that bulbs #1 through #5 are in the proper locations... if not, the wrong fault indicator will illuminate.
