Here are a couple of excellent books for anyone who may wish to educate themselves about acoustics, speakers and enclosures.
Both are in my oppinion excellent books. They go in great depth on respective topics. I have both. The "cookbook" has a section on car audio. At least the edition that is pictured does.
The master handbook is very technical!
Neither are for the faint of heart.
