400E Becker Grand Prix BE1432 Problems

Hello!I do have an Becker Grand Prix BE1432 radio in my car and it wont play any sound, takes in the cassete and dont read it. Is there any ways to fix this or is there anywhere i can buy an refurbished radio with bluetooth?
