Dude bought it 5 months ago (~$23.5k + transport) and is flipping it on a different site after ~1kmi? Huh.

RNM at $21,500. Sounds like that was not far from reserve, still makes me wonder why he's dumping it.


Wish I could find a wrecked one for like $4k, lol... just want the engine... :apl:

Dave, have a look at this engine. It's defective as it supposedly has a knocking sound from one of the pistons, but might be a good candidate for a rebuild:

If that was on this side of the pond, it would be tempting. I do wonder why it had (or needed) top-end work, and if the work was done wrong which might have caused the failure.

throw another grand at it for transport and customs and you'll get the engine delivered to your doorstep
