May be able to get to mine this afternoon and looking note that it is REALLY tight behind the brake booster to the fire wall. Any suggestions here as I can't see what is under the booster to the firewall I have to thread the cable through or how it attaches at the firewall to go through to the inside of the car. Please tell me it goes in from the inside foot well

Also anything I need to know on adjusting the cable afterwards and how do you release the hinges to fully open the hood to vertical on these cars?
