how do you remove the door speaker grill?

... I'm assuming you're talking about a w124. If it's the same procedure as a 300ce, then it's not too bad.

There will be a few differences if your cars if post 1992 and because it is a 500e, but this should be an good, if kind of pricy, guide. Biggest difference I came across was not having to unscrew the door locks.
