m119 misfire still there after the distributor changed

is it lifters or oil tubes
Hmmm, very difficult to say with any certainty.

In terms of probability, you would expect oiler tubes but don’t rule out a collapsed lifter.

Either way the valve covers need to come off and then it’s fairly straightforward to confirm which is the culprit.

You will need a 27mm socket to rotate the engine from the crankshaft pulley to check the lifters if all your oiler tubes are intact.

If you already have metal oiler tubes installed you can skip to a collapsed lifter.

Are you revving the engine towards the end? The frequency noticeably increases.

You need a hex drive for the valve cover cap head bolts and a 27mm socket to rotate the engine if you don’t find any blown oiler tubes. Plus a spanner to undo the fuel supply pipe.
