No fuel, DTC LH,BM on all the time, various hot wires in can box

My new to 400e won't start, there is no fuel pressure. I have swapped LH and base modules for known good ones. When I try to read codes I get light on all the time for all pins in the second row. I've disconnected the diagnostic module.

At this point I have disconnected all of the modules, removed the box and discovered that the Blue/Grey wire from the N4/1 to X11 is hot as well as the Black green which goes to said N4/1. Both of these wires, for whatever reason, route out of the box. Where do they go? The plug X35/8 is not in the plug/wire list.

Part of the riddle is solved:

X35/8 Plug connection, cockpit/module box, electronic accelerator/cruise control/idle speed control (14-pole) Forward of passenger side airbag, on firewall

Time to do my car yoga and get flexible under the dashboard.

what do you mean by not getting fuel pressure?

Have you confirmed you are not receiving power at the wires on the pump? Use a test light etc.

Right now I am more interested in getting DTC working.

This resolved some of the hot leads in the can box for me, however the BM/GM pin 33 (X11/4 diag pin) is still hot. It routes out and into main harness. I've also found the black/vi wire to the aux relay for ac has been hacked into and routed around in a different part of the harness.

Be aware of the possibility of the diagnostic port to be corroded and shorting or causing strange electrical issues. Do a search of diagnostic port.

Yes thanks for that Drew, I linked to that above, however, the BM diag pin is still hot. That wire goes out of the CAN bus and out into the main loom and back in for no apparent reason. I really wonder what in the world Hans was thinking when he made this design,
