Part number needed please...

Cheers all!

Today, was my 3rd trip to a dealership, the "snap ring" ordered by them is not the correct part at all... I don't know if this snap ring different for various 722.3XX transmissions, I know some using 1, some 2. The one I need is for 722.364, VIN WDBFA67EXSF113321 1995 SL500... It is the output shaft location (116 in the drawing below)

Today (very nice guys at the parts counter) actually scanned the picture above and were going to send a request to MB for the part number (since they couldn't find it in their diagrams), but the answer is not going to be available until next week...

I would really appreciate the help! I'm itching to put this thing back together!!!

Well, after all this time, dealer came back and said this part is not listed in any of their catalogs and they have tried few sources...

What they thought was the right snap ring, was waaaaay to big when it arrived. So I re-used the original. Besides, looks like the gear driving the governor is made to fit over top of the snap ring as a "sleeve", guessing for added safety...
