Passenger side tail light doesn't work

Hello everyone, I am in need of some help. I have a 1992 that when I turn on the headlights, my dash light indicating a bulb is out turns on. I found out that my passenger side tail light was not working. I thought it was just the bulb but after replacing the bulb, still nothing. I put a tester to it and it appears that the tail light is not getting power. All the other lights work...side marker, brake light, reverse and parking light. Is there a fuse for the right (passenger) side tail light (marker) some where. I checked all the fuses under the hood and they are all working. I can jump a power wire to get it working but I want to make it work right. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Mario

Check this recent thread for some quick ideas. http://www.500eboard.com/forums/showthread.php?6124-Small-but-vexing-issue

Does anyone know if a bad headlight switch will cause one of my taillights not to work

If one side comes on, but not the other, I would think no. Maybe try unplugging the tail light and either checking the plug with a volt meter, or plugging in the light panel from the passenger side and seeing what happens.
