Rear glass question and roof trim piece(s) part numbers?

Hello all,

Since repainting my E500 and installing the original trim it would only be fair to replace the roof trims as they have also oxidised somewhat. The brand new pieces in black look really good. I have been searching on the forum but cannot locate the full set of part numbers for these exterior trims. I cannot find it on EPC/Xentry either, I have to admit I am not an expert user so apologies if they are easy to locate!

I am looking for the full set so the two trims that go along the roof from the front of the car, the left and right rear windscreen trims and the small clip which connects the two. So I understand there are 5 pieces in total. I understand the pieces for the rear doors are NLA so I won't bother with those, maybe get them repainted to gloss black at some point.

My rear screen has a small crack and is oxidised so I am also getting it replaced. As per this thread I will be replacing the exterior trims at the same time, do I also need to replace any seals etc for the rear screen?

The roof trims are in Group 69, but one side is NLA.

The glass trims are in Group 67, the front is NLA, but you may still be able to get the rears glass trims?

Total would be 6 part numbers (2 roof, 1 windshield, 2 rear glass sides, 1 rear class center clip). But you probably won't be able to find a full set of new ones.

Thanks Dave, I'll take another look online and get the numbers. I did not realise some are NLA, certainly must be quite recent as I did order a full set in the past IIRC. I may end up repainting the existing trims instead in that case so they all look consistent.

Just a thought as I haven't tried this, but can you get them re-anodized?
My local plater shows many different colors?

I think the numbers below are correct, but you may want to double-check...

Roof left = A1246906762
Roof right = A1246906862
Front center = A1246702722
Rear left = A1246781930
Rear right = A1246782030
Rear clip = A1246784237

Having existing ones re-anodized or re-painted will likely be the workaround for the NLA stuff. Please let us know which ones, if any, you are still able to buy from the dealer!
