Seems I ordered the an insulation I did not intend to order. Should I keep it?

I was looking to order new jute insulation for the interior but somehow ordered from Mercedes Classic a piece of insulation that is different from what I expected. It cost a hundred bucks. Should I keep it? Would there ever be any reason to replace this heavy rubber firewall insulation/dampening? It's not expensive, but it is a bit heavy and bulky, and the black does rub off a bit on your hands. I have only the left side, as the right side was NLA. The part number is 124-680-43-25. From what I could tell from the EPC, it's common to all or many 124s, I believe.

Thanks for your thoughts.
