Shift Gate Window

I am not sure if this is the correct forum for the following question, if not, please let me know where is the best place to post it.

The acrylic window on my Shift Gate has some milky spots I haven't been able to remove with regular plastic/vinyl mild cleaners. When cleaning it with a damp microfiber it seems that the spots fade away, but they come back as soon as it dries.

If I buy a new gate frame, does it comes with this window, or is this window sold separately?

I would appreciate if someone could share the part number for it or any ideas on how to effectively clean it. Thanks!

Pretty sure you can't buy it seperately, its just a piece of plastic/perspex.
Need to replace mine actually!
