On 500ecstacy, I used to be able to find a picture of a 500e standing next to a w124 sedan. Would anyone have a similar picture around to post or point me to? I have thoroughly searched Google with no great results. The picture I'm speaking of was from a message board member, so maybe they'll read it here. As I recall I think the 500e was spruce green in that picture.
My friend in London I want to show the picture to is a 31 year old German woman from Frankfurt. She's been in my car enough, and being so young doesn't quite understand why I'm so obsessed. She's seen many w124's and never thought twice until our last trip to Nova Scotia where she did understand my obsession as my 400e performed better and more comfortably than many modern cars. You cannot argue with 120mph cruising along safely and quietly, with more under the hood, and I want to show her the real w124 next to it.
Anyway, I would love to show her a picture of the two side by side. I had recently sent her the Canyon Brown "Jacko" car on ebay, and she said she could not tell the difference. So if anyone has knowledge of a picture with a 500e and a w124 sedan I would be much obliged.
