Steering Wheel Change

Hello you all,
I have bought a new steering wheel and the inside parts on the old wheel are slightly different and Im wondering if the best option is to move over this bottom thing to the other wheel or just move over the whole thing to the other steering wheel.

If your car is pre-facelift, you MUST transfer the contact ring from the old wheel to the new wheel. Search the forum for details.
