W124 300 E 5.4 AMG

This picture popped up. I had never heard of a W124 with the 5.4 liter AMG engine. It is also the only picture i have. And no specs too. So i cannot tell if it's a 2V or a 4V engine.

Perhaps anybody else knows this specific car? Or the W124 with the 5.4 engine?

AMG did a few M117 5.0 with some elaborate offset grinded crankshafts ( 450 ) and with o.d. bore they got ~5.4liters, then arrived the M117
5.6liter and from then, 5.6-6.0liter and also 5liter with 16 or 32 valves ontop. Roger
