Water penetration

hello
Something went wrong with my e500, the mechanic mentioned that water penetrating the engine caused by temperature overheat , and this was not from the head gasket, this looks very serious I guess , need help

The car had in the beginning had water leakage , inspection of the oil showed the oil is mixed with water, the mechanic concluded that the head gasket need to be changed. The job was done. Before testing the car was filled with coolant water , surprisingly and before starting the engine the coolant was leaking and not externally, but it was internally as the coolant was seeping from the drain plug when open,
The spark plugs were checked, the combustion chambers too , they were ok.
I hope this explain the situation for you to find out what went wrong.

If coolant is entering the oil pan and NOT the combustion chambers... I dunno... cracked head or cracked block? Possibly a plug popped out of place? Next step is to drop the oil pan and pressurize the cooling system and see if you can pinpoint where the coolant is coming from (left side, right side, front, back, etc).

:detective:

What are the part numbers of the head gaskets ?
Wdb1240361c153060 , just to make sure there was no updates of them
