Wurth "Spoiler Adhesive" alternative?

Cheers all!

Few times in our past cars (W201 and 944) I've used Wurth "spoiler adhesive" for spoilers and side skirts, it was absolutely great! Each time purchased it from bavauto (no longer). I can't see to find this product anywhere. Not even listed in their product catalog.

Is there an alternative one recommend? 3M or something else from Wurth maybe? This would be used for attachment of duck tail and the aprons (about 1.4' bead for permanent adhesion).

Not sure if this is the kind of adhesive you're looking for, but what about one of the Sikaflex products? They do a large range to seemingly fit any situation. One of their products was used to refit the lower cladding on my E500 where the clip option was no longer available due to broken plastic holders on the back of the cladding. It seems to hold well - and the advantage is that the cladding can be (carefully!) removed without damage if necessary.

I have a period AMG spoiler on my C126, and it was applied using 3M tape for such things as body panels. That was about 6 years ago and it is still there.

I did look it up, appears it is European market product only. What was included with the aprons from Expression was SOUDAL (Euro market as well)

Now, I've never opened it, fully sealed tube, expiration date of 2018, I wonder if its any good still? Otherwise, I may have to opt for something like this 3mtm-window-weldtm-super-fast-urethane-08609.jpg

I did use 3M double sided tape on my ABS made W211 spoiler, great stuff! Unfortunately not something I can use on these R129 pieces, inner surfaces are not smooth, it will not adhere well, that's why both manufactures were calling for the adhesive caulking type, otherwise 3M tape for sure!
