camshaft adjuster

Hello!

Anyone knows how to check the mecanism for camshaftadjust?
Is it +12v to the solenoids?
And if i have +12v and it still not work, what can it be then?
Broken solenoids? any ideas?
Problem is that i cant feel any different power with or without conected solenoids....
