Hi everyone I’m new here. And wanted to see if anyone here have considered using the carbon ceramics on the w124

I have a whole set ready and want to get some info before I start to tear everything apart.

W211 E63 brakes can be made to fit the W124 with some modifications.

Those carbon ceramics are, I assume, from a W212 or W213? No idea if those are the proper offset / bolt pattern / etc to fit.

:scratchchin:

Bolt pattern are the same. On the w211 and w212. Offset is there. About et32 to et 42 can fit in the front

Sorry, I meant caliper mounting hole spacing / offset.

Also need to check the rotor hat backspacing, from rear of friction surface to the ball joint area on the LCA. Those are the critical dimensions.

Seems to me you’re the OG here.

So I will tell you want I want to do. I have a complete swap from a 2015 e63S with 67k Mile or basically the whole car to make this happens.

This is my dream build. So this will be an amazing learning curve for me.
