ECU (LH) mods?

Anyone have an after market chip for 0340
/036? I've got an order of chips coming and planned on cloning the WOT chips but would love to get rid of the CAT warmup and whatever else some of the aftermarket chips offered.

Very little can be done with the programming. Vmax limiter delete and increased RPM are the main benefits, neither of which is particularly useful for most people. The cat warmup function doesn't seem to be eliminated 100%... still not sure about that.

Last time I read that thread you were out or I was under the impression you didn't have anymore. I dont want to compete with you. I was planning originally to compare WOT chips and then remembered there were some aftermarket. Mostly I was hoping to enable those with 021 modules to get WOT. All my WOT modules have started failing and I did a cap swap on some but swapping guts with an 021 is way easier.

After some trials and tribulations, I have an untested 034 WOT ECU chip on a SST27SF256 which is rated for automobiles. My car has had the CEL on for a while which I have ignored. My plan in the coming week (time off for good behavior) is to figure out the CEL (probably the used EZL I swapped in while trying to diag my shorted sparkplug due to car wash) and put an LH module in with this chip. For anyone who does not have an 034 WOT (021 module) this
will provide WOT power on your newer LH module. So far I have not come across an 021 module with failed capacitors, I'd like to hear from anyone who has. I'll be selling these for $20 (beer money)+USPS flatrate $11.20 (boy did that double in the last few years). I will also make the EEPROM available publicly and anyone can source the auto rated EEPROM and flash their own (trust me, I am not making money on this). This is not as cool as @gsxr's chip (and not for the E36) but hopefully this can help our aging 034's get a little oomph without a recap.

Hey thanks for that @ArauzMotoring, but as I said, I don't want to compete with him. I had started this under the impression he no longer had any and then got pot committed.
