WHEELS: 18" x 7.5" with 43 offset; part number 463-401-12-02

TIRES: Yokohama Geolander A/T G015 275/60R18; Measuring 7/32 tread; Purchased and mounted in 2017; Total miles on tires is 21,278. These tires are 31" diameter which is 2.14% larger than the stock tire for this rim. DOES NOT IMPACT THE G-WAGON ESP OR ABS. No plugs, no UNEVEN tread wear.

I am 99% sure yes. G-wagen wheels are remarkably interchangeable between 463 models of all years, as the geometry didn't really change. I've seen plenty of people use take-offs from MBUSA G's on Europa and early 463s (like my own).

I was able to confirm that your wheels (ET43) will fit earlier G-wagens. The 16" Atik wheels that came on my G-wagen are ET63, but will bolt up and work on any G-wagen from 1990 to 2010. And your wheels, for example WILL bolt-up and work on my G-wagen.
