Here some pics and vid from my Car. Its an 500e from 92. The car was orig Paint in 199 and has some little Rust not important but .....
Up once a long time.... .He became new Fenders front and back new Bumpers front and rear .complete new glass. now is without scratches. Friend of mine has the Dashboard and Doorpannels upholstery in leather and Dash in Alcantara. The Engine became new Bearing Crank and Connecting Rods, Pistons, New rings. The Heads was planed and the Valve seats shap in new new Chain and rails and and. Then was Painted in 040 black incl all parts. i love this coulor. This was trough aproxx 5-6years.

After Assembling and Test drive, i was disappointed over feelings between driving. Also became new shocks rear and 4 new springs and all other parts of the underside. Then was good, but the brakes are really shit (300mm in the Front). My wifes Golf has this only for Parking brake. Also fitted rear an slk 55 AMG set up. This was easey peasy. But front first step was try 345 mm Rotors looks underrated the 360mm better. And finaly 390mm disc. Thats looks ossom and bad ass. But then try to find some fitted calipers was terrified. The Prob ist the Distance between the Mountingholes. After a lot spend of money for Ebay and my Merc Dealer i found the disc and Calipers all Parts new from MB. And the the Next Fuck off my 18zoll Rims doesn't fit over the Calipers. I am not a Friend of Spacers also try and error to find Wheels they fit and looks good too this MB Icon. My Mind the SL 63 and 65 forged 5spokes double looks very good and fit prefect with no Mods.

I mine my car was ready. Now was the trans leaky oil. gggrrrhhh. Also in add with my W210 e50 i wont adapted the NAG1 5WA580 with stand alone controller (Ofgear). I am not a comu Nerd. i wont no Testdrives and Programming and so on. Also i tried to fit the NAG1 with the ME 1,0 and benefit ASR defeat switch. This Operation was and Discover over 2 Years. No cutting Cables no add Holes in the Bodywork. I can delete this complete- but i will never ever do this. This setup is so nice to drive low revs and smooth .

Nice pictures and thank you for sharing. Are the speakers in the rear doors from a T-model S124?
 
Looks great! Do you have photos and more info about the 119.980 installation? Is the NAG-1 still controlled by the factory TCU, or standalone controller (Ofgear)? I see the W124 ASR unit was replaced with the W210 ASR unit, behind the driver headlight.

Also, I assume the M120 was installed in the coupé shown in some of those photos?

Yes the Nag controller is oe factory. This is the reason for the w210 ASR unit for defeat switch. The ME ECU is in the bottom left front and the wiring is an modified 500e upper wiring to connect the oilstand sensor 61e for generator. and the Rest is incl K40 Module is w210 style with mods. It's difficult to say. I send some pics from the ECU and TCU. The ASR Unit is under the rea seat in near of vakumpump.

Yes the M120 is in my 124 Coupe with same mod but this has ESP and works. The 124 Kombi is and 320 orig sportline. This is Projekt for built an 3,6M104 with ME 1,0 and NAG1 with orig TCU. Especially thanks too Rouven. He send me the package for doo this next winter time.
