I had a similar issue with a right rear bulb on my 94 E320. It turned out to be a faulty lamp out module. I would start by pulling the module and re seating it. This remedied the issue for me albeit temporarily. The module sits behind the fuse box.
If no resolution you should check continuity of the wire from the tail light to the specific pin in the module. You’ll need to look at a wiring diagram to determine the pin number of the specific bulb that isn’t working. Using a multi meter and extra long leads you can verify continuity. If it checks out then the module is likely bad. Used ones are available on eBay.
