I didn’t get to drive the 124 for almost 5 days. Turned it on, went to the car wash, gassed her up and went on a 25 mile drive. Still no issue. Stopped for a slurpee, and after restarting a loud loud tapping! 😳😳😳 Oil level good, no smoke, nothing else. I gave it a hard rev, and it went away… should I worried? Drove it back the 25 miles with no tapping or issues

Search for videos of the tapping associated with a failed oil tube. This is a slow, fairly loud tick-tick noise at idle which may decrease with higher RPM, and the noise can be intermittent. If this is what you are hearing, it's not super urgent, but you'd want to source a set of metal oil tubes and replace all 16.

BTW, I am assuming your car has plastic oil tubes, which were phased into production in late 1992 or early 1993 USA model year. If you already have metal tubes, we'll need a video of the noise.
