Hi as I removed the old SLS adjustment rod due to the ball joints beeing shot I noticed it were mounted on the lever arms farest away from the levers axel point, to the lever of the valve arm, but in mercedes manual it shows it's mounted in the mid center hole on the lever arm .
Obviously this will make it more sensitive in the hole midway on the arm as the lever arm moves more compared to its other more far away position.
And it can also be mounted on both sides of the lever arm on both ends. It dossent make natural sense were and how it's supposed to be mounted. So what is what on this matter?
