500E Supersprint Exhaust - worth it?

So per usual I got bored and started surfing for exhaust options for my 500 to give it some grunt.

Now I am not one for usually doing these kinds of mods unless it is a bolt on type deal.

ECS has 2 versions of the Supersprint below is for the 92-93’s -

Is this something that can just be bolted on?

Or will anything air/fuel wise need to be adjusted.

I believe @e500.org very recently installed a supersprint system. Maybe worth checking in with him to get his thoughts.

I recently replaced my stock system on my 1994 E500 with a supersprint rear muffler and resonator. Very happy with the slight burble on idle and sound on full chat. I have the factory cars still installed. This is the system I bought and it took quite some time for them to have the system built and shipped to me (6 weeks?).

I had an issue mounting the exhaust, the rear tailpipes touched the bumper. Supersprint customer service is pretty good and they sent me out a new bracket which solved the problem. Very happy with mine.

No need to adjust anything on the car, complete bolt on if you have the right bracket.

I love how the tips look on your car. I’m looking to have my friend modify the exhaust I bought from fifth scale racer to have tips come out similar to that style!

I’m thinking of getting one myself. Can’t decide which way to go, supersprint sounds like good idea.
