Euro 500E headlights

Those are correct for pre-facelift 500E Euro lights, for right-hand traffic (US, Europe).

Correct. These are the headlights I purchased for my MY93 500E. Price was $523.64 delivered in OCT 2011.
Whenever these Euro lights become available, you must immediately jump on them if you do indeed want them...don't dawdle, contemplate, blah,blah,blah, etc.
RE North America: These lights are far & above superior to the US DOT version lights...especially utilizing the Osram bulbs.
...and they provide the ability for you to wire the city lights to your fogs!

You can still get them, sort of, as mentioned in the other thread. Buy the E500 Euro headlights and 500E Euro lenses, swap lenses, and you've got a set of proper 500E Euro lights... and an extra set of E500 lenses to re-sell. It will cost more, but the other stuff is still available... for now.

What are the part numbers for the 500E euro lenses and where are the available from? Same for the E500 euro headlights.

this is what the euro headlights look like on 92 e500
Make sure they are the correct part numbers, i.e. 500E Euro *and* also for right-hand-drive roads.
Note that if you try to buy from any USA vendor, the order will be cancelled... these are blocked by MBNA and not allowed to be imported to USA. Have to buy from Europe.

Correct. The reflectors are the same for the E500 and 500E Euro lamps. The lenses have different profiles to follow the different hood/grill lines, and are interchangeable on the lamp housings.
Assuming both are right-hand traffic, yes (or, both left-hand traffic). Only the lens is different between pre-facelift and facelift.
