sls leveling valve wet

hi guys
the sls leveling valve in the rear is completely wet . does this valve go bad in that way or is it a hose?

These valves can leak. I’d clean it off, tighten all of the lines going into it, and see what comes back.

Haven't seen any but I think it's just orings inside.
