Where is the transmission fluid drain plug?

While under the car this weekend, I took a look at the transmission and cannot seem to find a drain plug? I'm looking all around the pan on the bottom of the transmission. Seems odd, but maybe I just don't know what I'm looking for...

It should be round with hex-head opening in the middle. The pan should be a little deeper on one side.

You can see what it looks like here:

Ditto what Michael said... for a fluid change, you must drain both pan & converter. Turning the engine slowly to find the converter is a pain, when you locate it, mark the crank pulley/damper so you can easily locate it next time. Will need 8.0-8.5 quarts with fluid & filter change. Pretty sure there is a more detailed thread on this elsewhere...
