Lookin good as it rides off into the ‘sunset’! Hope u stop by from time to time, and fill us in on this replacement while you’re at it!

It's definitely a departure from anything I've owned but I have wanted one of these for 30 years and it being a rare 86 SVO is the icing on the cake. The car was originally red and the adjustable Koni's have been replaced with parts from a SN95 Cobra including the front brakes. For its time it was a rocket and is an absolute blast to drive. I plan to keep this thread going with 240D updates and SVO updates if anyone is interested.

I'm on the hunt for a good 85 mph gauge cluster with the hashes to 140 as this white one is period correct but not really my taste.

It's a Lima 2.3 Turbo with an intercooler which made 200 HP in 1986. They made ~9000 of these between 1984 -1986 and it was somewhat of a sales failure as it was nearly 50% more money than the GT and made essentially the same HP however they are theoretically good for 350+ HP with stock internals. It has lots of firsts for a Mustang including 4 wheel disk brakes and 5 lug wheels.

It's definately the oddball of the Fox Mustangs which is why I love it.

The SVOs were definitely an interesting (and quite fast) car for their time. It's always been, to me, unfortunate that the Ford Fox-body platform has the structural rigidity of a lasagna noodle.

This is an accurate assessment :ROFLMAO:

This car has already had some body strengthening modifications including the strut braces, upgraded torque box and some welded in frame braces.

@Gatorblue92's E420 is changing hands again. Spotted by eagle-eyed @dreaming.haze :

1995 Mercedes Benz E420. Last year of the W124, one of 1548 V8 cars made in 1995. Emerald green metallic. Great service history. This car is a driver not a show car, presents well and has flaws I daily drive it . It like all W124’s are fantastic cars, this one being a 4.2 liter 4 cam 32 valve V8 makes it that much better. I am flexible on price but I’m not interested in trades, need cash. I’m open to questions not smart ass comments, please keep those to yourself. Thanks for looking and have a great day!
